Sec. 15.084. FORCIBLE ENTRY AND DETAINER. A suit for forcible entry and detainer shall be brought in the precinct in which all or part of the premises is located. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 959, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
