Sec. 15.316. RESERVOIR LAND. The board may lease acquired reservoir land until construction of the dam is completed without the necessity of a permit issued by the commission. Added by Acts 1981, 67th Leg., 1st C.S., p. 102, ch. 12, Sec. 1, eff. Nov. 10, 1981.
