Sec. 15.404. ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF STATUTES AND RULES. The commissioner shall administer and enforce this chapter and Subtitle D, Title 3, and rules adopted under this chapter and Subtitle D, Title 3. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
