Legislative Recommendations

Sec. 15.405. LEGISLATIVE RECOMMENDATIONS. The commissioner shall report the department's legislative recommendations to the legislature for consideration. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
