Attendance At Commission Meetings; Voting

Sec. 15.406. ATTENDANCE AT COMMISSION MEETINGS; VOTING. The commissioner shall attend meetings of the commission but may not vote at a meeting. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
