Definitions

Sec. 15.431. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Advisory committee" means the Texas Water Fund Advisory Committee. (2) "Fund" means the state water implementation fund for Texas. (3) "Historically underutilized business" has the meaning assigned by Section 2161.001, Government Code. (4) "Trust company" means the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company.
