Sec. 15.618. LIMITATIONS ON PROGRAM. (a) The maximum amount of a loan under the linked deposit program is $250,000. (b) The board may withdraw linked deposits from an eligible lending institution if the institution ceases to be either a state depository or a Farm Credit System institution headquartered in this state.
