Inspection of Projects

Sec. 15.916. INSPECTION OF PROJECTS. (a) The board may inspect the construction of a project at any time to assure that: (1) the contractor is substantially complying with the approved engineering plans of the project; and (2) the contractor is constructing the project in accordance with sound engineering principles. (b) Inspection of a project by the board does not subject the state to any civil liability. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1234, Sec. 22, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
