Sec. 1501.054. REGIONAL SUBDIVISIONS OF TEXAS HEALTH BENEFITS PURCHASING COOPERATIVE. The board of trustees may: (1) develop regional subdivisions of the Texas cooperative; and (2) authorize each subdivision to separately exercise the powers and duties of a cooperative.
