Authority To Sell Electricity of Plant and System

Sec. 1501.103. AUTHORITY TO SELL ELECTRICITY OF PLANT AND SYSTEM. A municipality that acquires an electric plant and system under Section 1501.101 may: (1) sell electricity either at retail or wholesale for distribution in New Mexico; and (2) enter into a sales agreement for the electricity as the governing body of the municipality provides.
