Waiting Period Permitted

Sec. 1501.105. WAITING PERIOD PERMITTED. Sections 1501.102-1501.104 do not preclude application of a waiting period that applies to all new enrollees under a small or large employer health benefit plan. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff. April 1, 2005.
