Sec. 1501.155. SIGNATURES; SEAL. A certificate of indebtedness issued under this subchapter must: (1) be signed by the mayor and the secretary or clerk of the municipality; and (2) bear the seal of the municipality. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
