Sec. 1501.611. MARKETING REQUIREMENTS. On request, each large employer purchasing a health benefit plan shall be given a summary of all plans for which the employer is eligible. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff. April 1, 2005.
