Sec. 1503.008. SALE OF BONDS. A municipality may sell bonds issued under this subchapter under the terms determined by the governing body of the municipality to be the most advantageous and reasonably obtainable. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
