Pledge of Revenue

Sec. 1504.104. PLEDGE OF REVENUE. A municipality may pledge the revenue from a building or structure described by Section 1504.102 to the payment of an obligation issued under this subchapter. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
