Sec. 1504.204. PLEDGE OF INCOME. A municipality may pledge the income from an exposition or convention hall to the payment of an obligation issued under this subchapter. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
