Sec. 1505.069. SALE OR LEASE OF RECLAIMED OR RECONSTRUCTED LAND. A municipality that reclaims or reconstructs submerged land under this subchapter may: (1) sell, lease, or grant a franchise for the use of the land; and (2) use revenue from the sale, lease, or franchise as provided by this subchapter.
