Authority For County Appropriations

Sec. 1505.077. AUTHORITY FOR COUNTY APPROPRIATIONS. A county in which is located a municipality to which this chapter applies may: (1) appropriate any available revenue of the county to the municipality for use in: (A) constructing a bridge; (B) reclaiming or reconstructing submerged land; or (C) constructing seawall or breakwater protection for its waterfront; or (2) appropriate and apply any available revenue to the operation or maintenance of any such project.
