Authority For Texas Department of Transportation Expenditures

Sec. 1505.078. AUTHORITY FOR TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION EXPENDITURES. The Texas Department of Transportation, with the approval of the governor, may apply any of the available revenue of the department to aid in: (1) the construction, operation, or maintenance of a bridge acquired or constructed under this subchapter, including any approach to the bridge; or (2) the acquisition of any property in connection with or in furtherance of those activities.
