Applicability of Subchapter

Sec. 1505.151. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter applies only to a municipality: (1) that has a population of more than 1,000; (2) that is located within five miles of the coast or of any gulf, bay, or inlet of the coast; and (3) in which commercial fishing and shrimping is an established industry.
