Sec. 1506.001. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This Subchapter applies only to a home-rule municipality that: (1) has a population of less than 60,000; and (2) on January 1, 1949, owned and operated a public parking lot. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
