Sec. 1507.156. SALE OF BONDS. A municipality may sell bonds issued under this subchapter at a public or private sale as provided by the ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of the bonds. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
