Pledge

Sec. 1507.206. PLEDGE. A municipality may pledge the full faith and credit of the municipality to the payment of a note issued under this subchapter and the interest on the note. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
