Sec. 1507.255. SALE OF WARRANTS OR NOTES. A municipality may sell warrants or notes issued under this subchapter at a public or private sale as provided in the ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of the warrants or notes. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
