Sec. 1509.102. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "farmers' market" means a public marketplace where a person is permitted to sell agricultural and other products. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
