Sec. 1509.152. AUTHORITY FOR GARBAGE RECLAMATION PROJECTS. A municipality may own and operate a garbage reclamation project. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
