Sec. 1509.159. ADOPTION AND EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS. The governing body of the municipality may adopt and have executed any other proceeding or instrument necessary and convenient in the issuance of bonds under this subchapter. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
