Sec. 152.0039. TRANSPORTATION. The juvenile board shall provide the juvenile probation officers with transportation or an automobile allowance for use of a personal automobile on official business. Added by Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 352, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
