Suit

Sec. 152.024. SUIT. The attorney general may bring suit on behalf of the service in the county in which the infestation occurred to recover the claim against the landowner, together with all costs incurred in the suit. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2650, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
