Sec. 152.075. COMPENSATION FOR RESERVE DEPUTY SHERIFFS. (a) The commissioners court of a county may compensate a reserve deputy sheriff as provided by law for the compensation of a deputy sheriff. (b) The commissioners court may reimburse a reserve deputy sheriff for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of official duties. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff.
