Limitations On Use of Program

Sec. 152.161. LIMITATIONS ON USE OF PROGRAM. (a) A river authority may not use an economic development program to: (1) promote fuel switching or the substitution of electric power for another fuel or energy source; or (2) provide an economic or other incentive to use electric power to preferentially market the use of electric power over another fuel or energy source.
