Definition

Sec. 153.001. DEFINITION. In this chapter, "other limited partnership provisions" means the provisions of Title 1 and Chapters 151 and 154, to the extent applicable to limited partnerships. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
