Sec. 153.304. DELIVERY OF REPORT. The report must be delivered to the secretary of state not later than the 30th day after the date on which notice is mailed under Section 153.305. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
