Sec. 153.401. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Derivative proceeding" means a civil suit in the right of a domestic limited partnership or, to the extent provided by Section 153.412, in the right of a foreign limited partnership. (2) "Limited partner" means a person who is a limited partner or is an assignee of a partnership interest, including the partnership interest of a general partner.
