Sec. 154.154. AGREEMENT TO PAY FINANCE CHARGE. A purchaser of a prepaid funeral benefits contract may agree in writing to pay the seller a finance charge in accordance with Chapter 345 on an amount due the seller on the contract. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
