Sec. 154.264. ACCOUNTING RECORDS. A seller shall maintain accounting records showing the amount deposited or invested under this subchapter with respect to each contract. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
