Sec. 154.402. CRIMINAL PENALTY RELATING TO DEPOSIT OR WITHDRAWAL OF MONEY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person: (1) fails to deposit money in compliance with this chapter; or (2) withdraws money in a manner inconsistent with this chapter. (b) An offense under this section is punishable as if it were an offense under Section 32.45, Penal Code. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
