Sec. 155.058. APPLICATION OF OPEN RECORDS AND OPEN MEETINGS LAW TO EXAMINATION PROCEDURES. (a) The following are exempt from Chapters 551 and 552, Government Code: (1) examination questions that may be used in the future; (2) examinations; and (3) deliberations and records relating to the professional character and fitness of applicants.
