Right To Coverage

Sec. 1551.103. RIGHT TO COVERAGE. Subject to Section 1551.351, an individual eligible to participate in the group benefits program under Section 1551.101 or 1551.102 may not be denied any group coverage under this chapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff. June 1, 2003.
