Funding of Voluntary Coverages

Sec. 1551.304. FUNDING OF VOLUNTARY COVERAGES. The board of trustees may not allocate any employer contributions to fund voluntary coverages. Voluntary coverages may be funded only by participant contributions. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff. June 1, 2003.
