Sec. 157.001. HOSPITALIZATION INSURANCE. The commissioners court of a county may provide hospitalization insurance to a county official, deputy, assistant, or other county employee. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
