Sec. 157.422. PROCEDURE. (a) The procedure for filing a motion for enforcement of a final order applies to a motion for clarification. (b) A person is not entitled to a jury in a proceeding under this subchapter. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
