Immunity From Liability Arising From Acts Relating To Credentialing Committee

Sec. 1575.357. IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ACTS RELATING TO CREDENTIALING COMMITTEE. An individual, a health care provider, or a medical peer review committee is not liable for damages arising from an act committed without malice that consists of: (1) participating in the activity of a credentialing committee; or (2) furnishing records, information, or assistance to a credentialing committee.
