Sec. 1575.360. CONFIDENTIALITY. Except as otherwise provided by this subchapter: (1) proceedings and records of a credentialing committee are confidential; and (2) a communication made to a credentialing committee is privileged. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff. June 1, 2003.
