Sec. 1575.405. MEETINGS. (a) The committee shall meet: (1) at least twice each year; and (2) at the call of the trustee. (b) If there is an emergency, the committee may meet at the call of a majority of the members of the committee. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 3, eff. June 1, 2003.
