Sec. 1579.051. ADMINISTRATION OF GROUP PROGRAM. The Teacher Retirement System of Texas, as trustee, shall implement and administer the uniform group coverage program described by this chapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 10A.471(a), eff. Sept. 1, 2003.
