Sec. 16.3545. VENUE. A suit brought under this subchapter for injunctive relief or the recovery of a civil penalty or damages may be brought in a district court in: (1) the county in which the defendant resides; (2) the county in which the alleged violation or threat of violation occurs; or (3) Travis County.
