Sec. 160.104. AUTHORIZED COURTS. The following courts are authorized to adjudicate parentage under this chapter: (1) a court with jurisdiction to hear a suit affecting the parent-child relationship under this title; or (2) a court with jurisdiction to adjudicate parentage under another law of this state.
