Application of Subchapter

Sec. 160.501. APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter governs genetic testing of an individual to determine parentage, regardless of whether the individual: (1) voluntarily submits to testing; or (2) is tested under an order of a court or a support enforcement agency.
