Use of Fund

Sec. 1601.252. USE OF FUND. The cafeteria plan fund of a system is available without fiscal year limitation: (1) for all payments for any benefits included in a cafeteria plan adopted by the system under this chapter other than group coverage plans under the uniform program; and (2) for payment of expenses of administering the cafeteria plan.
